About the project

A clearer way to explore Bulgarian company information, its history and the people connected with it.

What does UIC mean?

UIC is the abbreviation of Unified Identification Code — the unique number used to identify traders and legal entities in Bulgaria’s public registers.

01

The idea behind the project

This is an independent information platform for searching and reviewing data about Bulgarian companies, organisations and the people connected with them.

Its purpose is to present public company information in a clear, structured and understandable form. Instead of viewing separate entries in isolation, visitors can follow the current state of a company together with the changes that shaped it over time.

Each profile brings together registration details, legal form, status, registered office, capital, scope of activity, management and ownership, published documents and a chronological record of registered changes.

02

Who is it for?

The platform can be used by citizens, journalists, researchers, businesses and anyone who needs quick and understandable access to public company information. No registration is required to search and review the available profiles.
