1. Public registry information

The names, roles and company information displayed in the profiles originate from official sources made available for public access. This information is not collected directly from the persons concerned through this website.

We can correct a technical or visual presentation error. We cannot alter an original official registry entry. A correction to the source record must be requested from the competent institution.

2. Technical processing and protection

When a page is loaded, a limited amount of technical request data may be processed temporarily by the hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare and security systems in order to deliver content, prevent attacks and limit abuse.

This information is not used for advertising, behavioural tracking or creating visitor profiles. The platform does not maintain its own database containing visitors’ browsing history.

3. Cookies

A functional cookie named uic_lang remembers the selected Bulgarian or English language. A temporary security session cookie may be used when the contact form is opened in order to protect it against forged submissions. No advertising cookies are used.

4. Contact form

The form processes the name when provided, email address, selected subject and message. The message is sent by email and is not stored in the website database. It is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and any related correspondence. Spam and automatically generated messages may be filtered or deleted immediately.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare is used for network delivery and protection against malicious traffic. Technical data may be processed by Cloudflare in accordance with its applicable privacy terms.

6. Your choices and contact

You may request information about a message sent through the contact form or report an inaccurate presentation of public information at [email protected]. The platform is presented publicly as UIC.bg — Bulgarian company data.
