1. Purpose of the service

The website provides free reference access to publicly available information about Bulgarian companies, organisations and related persons. Available functions include searching, reviewing company profiles, registered circumstances, roles, relationships, history and published documents.

The information does not constitute an official certificate, legal opinion, financial advice or confirmation of the current legal status of a person or organisation.

2. Sources and accuracy

The displayed information originates from public official sources and is organised for easier review. A delay, incomplete presentation or technical error may occasionally occur. If information differs from the competent institution’s system, the official source prevails.

3. Acceptable use

Visitors may search and review the available profiles for lawful purposes. Deliberate overloading, attempts to bypass security measures, interference with normal operation and unauthorised automated bulk extraction are not permitted.

The service must not be used for fraud, harassment, unlawful profiling or another activity contrary to applicable law or the rights of third parties.

4. Documents and external links

Links to published acts and documents may lead to systems operated by other institutions. Their availability and content are controlled by the respective source. A temporary failure of an external link does not mean that the original document has been removed.

5. Intellectual property

Public registry information is not claimed as proprietary data. The website design, software, structure, selection, organisation and visual presentation are protected. Information may be quoted with a clear reference and link to UIC.bg.

6. Availability and changes

Functions may be improved, changed or temporarily unavailable during maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our control. These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change.
